The Sewer and Drain Line Installer will be responsible for installation and repairing of main sewer and branch drain lines of both commercial and residential customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Excavating, utilizing machinery or shovels, to repair or replace lines.
Replacing or repairing lines in customers’ facilities and homes.
Requirements
1-3 years of residential and/or commercial sewer and drain line experience.
Knowledge of sewer and drain lines.
Experience operating excavation machinery is a plus.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Professional and knowledgeable appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently.
Strong mechanical skills, including the use of hand tools, concrete saws, and power tools.
Plumbing License preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to dig utilizing shovels and other equipment for excavation.
Ability to stand, stoop, and bend over for extended periods of time.
Ability to carry buckets of concrete and gravel.
Ability to work and work in all types of weather conditions.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and be able to insured by the company’s insurance.
Pass a drug screening and background check.
Ability to meet and maintain productivity, safety, and quality requirements.
Keep company equipment, tools and vehicles in good, clean, working order.
Provide your own basic hand tools.
Available to work M-F from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or later as necessary.
Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends.
